Tajpur Beach (Midnapore) is situated in the Purba Midnapore district of the West Bengal. This is one of the hidden beaches of India and one of the most beautiful and less crowded beaches which is becoming famous in recent times. Udukku13 Trip from Kolkata to Tajpur on bikes was a weekend trip. Let Udukku13 take you to the marvelous beach of Tajpur.
This Trip was commenced on 27 Mar 2018 and it was our unplanned tour to Tajpur Sea Beach. This was a weekend trip from Kolkata to Tajpur on bikes. This trip was full of fun and riding experience for Udukku13. The road was nice, clean and mostly the beach was so clean and far away from the crowd. On this trip total, Six bikers went who were Chyan, Swarup, Subrata, Anirban & Me (Argha) with 4 Bikes.
We throttled our bikes and started our trip at almost 1:45 pm on Friday. Tajpur was around 198 km from our Home Kolkata. We reached the hotel around 5:30 pm in the evening. After reaching the hotel we being welcomed with a cup of Herbal tea and a full plate of snacks. At 8 pm after taking some rest and freshen up bath, we all went to the Tajpur beach. It was so solitary beach of West Bengal after Bankiput beach.
On the beach, there are 8 or 10 hut type hotels where you can get all-day meals from breakfast to dinner with varieties of drinks by paying an extra 20 rupees above market price. Those huts are really so sweet to sit there and relaxing. You can lie on Hammock or chair and enjoy the beach, especially you can hear waves sound lonely beach with very few people enjoying on the beach.
There is one amazing thing about this beach is that if you are lucky enough and you are on the beach at the time of high tide, cold seawater will kiss your feet while you were lying on hammocks or enjoying beer and drinks on the chair. In our time it was stormy weather with full moon high tide. On the first evening, we got that high tide situation, we were in our pre-chosen hut and the water waves are under our feet. We stayed there till 10 pm and return to the hotel for dinner.
The next morning Saturday we went to a fabulous coastal ride to Sankarpur beach. It's around 16 km from our hotel. It was really a cool road to ride. After back from there at 11 am we went to the beach for long relaxation with others. In the evening we are in a storm at the beach it was so enjoyable.
On the next morning, we return from Tajpur. We started our ride at 8 a.m. after taking our breakfast from our hotel. we reached our home at 12 pm.
I can assure you if you visit Tajpur beach you will remember this trip whole life and one more thing like I have visited many beaches but Tajpur beach was India`s best beach for me if you visit this beach like me you will definitely not gonna like any other beach you will get deep inside the natural beauty of this beach.
Always Follow Traffic rules and wear helmets while riding bikes on roads.
