Our bike trip from Kolkata to Bansberia by road on the bike was started on 15 Sep and it was Monday when we throttled our bike for our destination Bansberia. It's about 68 K.M. from Kolkata. This was the shortest bike trip and you can reach there in a short time.udukku13 consisting of 04 members Samiran and Argha with two pillion riders went on this trip to Hangseshwari Temple.
Driving Directions to Bansberia from Kolkata by Road:-
This route usually has more traffic and 48 km distance is from my home particularly but if you google it from Kolkata it is around 68 km and usually, it takes 1-2 hrs to reach Bansberia by road from Kolkata, but in our case, it took around 1 hrs because we were nearby it. However, You can take Delhi Road and SH 13 to reach there.

Things to see In Bansberia:-
Hangseshwari Temple
This temple was built at the beginning of the 19th century. The main deity of this temple is the four arms goddess Hanseswari, a manifestation of goddess kali. Blue Neem wood has been used to craft it. This temple is 21 meters high and has 13 towers. All towers are shaped like lotus buds and the inner follows the human anatomy.
Ananta Vasudeva Temple
Ananta Vasudeva temple was constructed in the traditional style called ekaratana style. cornices and octagonal shapes are given to towers.
Note:- Always wear helmets while riding bikes and follow the traffic rules.
